Every assertion CROS makes traces back to a retrieved, verified source — not a model inference. CROS encodes your facility's complete regulatory obligation set at onboarding — OSHA (PSM, HAZWOPER, confined space, LOTO, recordkeeping, VPP alignment), EPA (RMP, EPCRA 302/303/304/312, CERCLA, CAA 112(r)), PHMSA (49 CFR 171/191/193), FERC certificate conditions, USCG/COTP (33 CFR Part 127, MTSA), and any facility-specific requirement that doesn't appear in any CFR. The FERC angle is worth noting directly: your certificate order may impose notification obligations to the Director of the Office of Energy Projects that exist nowhere in regulation — only in your facility's specific certificate. How long does deployment take?
