CROS encodes the structure of every operational organization: the classes of things that exist (Facility, Person, Asset, Incident), the specific instances your organization has, and the relationships that give them operational meaning. Every client instantiates the same framework with their own data.
This is the difference between a policy library written by someone who doesn't know your organization, and a living model built from what your organization already knows about itself. One misses what it hasn't been told to look for. The other misses nothing — because the model is the organization.
Every assertion CROS makes traces back to a retrieved, verified source. The system does not infer what it cannot retrieve. If the data is not in the Living Model, CROS surfaces the gap rather than filling it.
What Metron does once a finding passes the human review gate. Confirmed. Named owner. Audit trail. Closeable. Defensible in a regulatory or litigation context.
